1. On the device you’re bringing to the event, access the App Store or Google Play Store and search for the “Cvent Events” app. Once you’ve found the app, download it.
2. Open the app and search for “2025 Texas Child Care Administrators Conference: The Village” in the search bar and download the event.
3. Be sure you’ve updated the CVENT App to the most recent version via your app store.
** The Cvent Events App requires iOS 17 and higher or Android 13 and higher. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported.**
Log in using your name and the email you used for your conference registration, then enter the verification code that was emailed and texted to you.

Navigate to “All Sessions” or “My Schedule” to see sessions. Add or remove sessions on your schedule using the + or √ buttons.
CEs and Session Evaluations: To receive an automatically generated Certificate of Attendance, you must enter the session code into the survey link in the App and click “Done.” This code will be provided to you at the end of each session you attend.
To enter the code, navigate to the schedule and select the session you attended. Find the survey link at the bottom of the session listing. Open the survey and enter the 5-digit code provided at the end of your session in the first field. Scroll down to complete the survey (optional but very much appreciated). Don’t forget to click “Done” at the end of the survey. If you prefer the old school version, use this Attendance Verification Form. For Continuing Legal Education, use this form: CLE Reporting Form – In Person
All in-person registrants also have access to the Conference Attendee Website! You’ll be asked to log in the same way you logged into the App. All virtual sessions will be available on demand for 90 days after the event.

Parking: Self-parking is $29 per day; valet is $45 per day.
Conference Check-In: Check-in begins Monday, August 25th at 8 a.m. on Level 1. All conference attendees should check in to get their name badge and conference program.
Sessions: The first session begins Monday, August 25th at 10 a.m., and our opening general session begins at 12:20 p.m. Day one lunch is on your own.
